Refund & Cancellation Policy
Shilpcare is committed to providing high-quality nutrition and wellness services. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid services.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Full consultation fees refundable if canceled at least 72 hours before the appointment.
- Customized diet or meal plans are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at Shilpcare’s discretion.
2. Cancellation Rules
- Cancellations via email or website form.
- Notice period: minimum 72 hours before the scheduled service.
- No-shows without prior notice are not refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds via original payment method.
- Email confirmation provided once refund is complete.
4. Exceptions & Disclaimers
- Shilpcare may update this policy at any time.
- Refunds not available for delivered or partially delivered services.
- Disputes handled under Indian law, courts of Bhopal.
